I made this page for the February Round Robin challenge going on right now at Swirlydoos kit club. I used papers from the gorgeous January kit, and cardstock from a previous kit. I painted the paper with gesso, and then sprayed with a pink spray I had, Shimmerz Bed of Roses. I then mixed white textured paint by Martha Stewart, with the spray to make a pink texture paint. I applied it in no particular fashion. I then used a plastic knife with a serrated edge and stamps to make patterns. The butterfly's are by Angelica, and I purchased them at her Etsy shop. The chipboard is by Dusty Attic. I used a technique by Rae Moses at the Swirlydoos blog on how to use wet gesso with embossing powder. Thanks for looking.

Round Robin challenge going on right now at Swirlydoos kit club. I used the gorgeous January kit called Shabby Chalet. It contained beautiful papers by Fab Scraps. I used those papers in this page. The flower is from a previous kit. The pearl embellishment is from Prima Marketing, and it was from my stash. The Dusty Attic chipboard is from my stash. I used a technique from Rae Moses at Swrilydoos blog on how to use embossing powder on wet gesso. I love the technique! My picture is over my joy at finding a previous much loved Bath and Body works scent, Sweet on Paris. When I saw a whole table of these I jumped for joy and bought a ton of lotions and shower gels. Thanks for looking.

I made this page for the Round Robin Challenge going on right now at Scraps of Darkness/Elegance. I used papers and embellishments from the December kit. I contained paper and stickers from My Minds eye's new collection Vintage Christmas, and paper and embellishments from Bo Bunny's new collection Silver and Gold. I used this kit, as well as a paper from the September kit by Prima. I used a green spray from my stash, then I stamped all over with white texturez paint from my stash using bubble wrap from a recent package I also used a cap from a bottle to stamp circles. I added rhinestones from my stash. I used the stickers from the kit, but I powdered them so I could add my own pop dots for layers. I also used the noteworthy embellishments that were in the kit, as well as flowers from my stash. Thanks for looking.
